Homewood Sunday

The last Sunday of Each Month we visit Homewood. Please make plans to join us on the Last Sunday of each month when we visit Homewood residents for a short devotion and a time for sharing and invitation. Meet in the hallway by the office at 11:35am, and we will walk down the sidewalk to the east. If you have just 45 minutes and a friendly, Holy Spirit inspired heart, this is your opportunity to get involved as we become better acquainted with the 53 assisted living residents of Homewood and invite them to be a part of our church family.

Bunco PARTY

 If you like to play Bunco, our church Bunco group will meet on Thursday, May 8th. We meet at 6:30pm in the Worship Center. Each person is asked to bring a snacking food along with $2 for the prizes. All women are invited – bring your friends!!! We have a great night with friends and fellowship. If you have any questions, please call Tammy in the church office at 573-2232.

ORGAN FUND

At the March 30th Voter's meeting, the voter's approved
buying a used church organ owned by Anne Johnson's mother, Joyce Neureuther, who passed away in January. Norman Neureuther offered it to the church of $5,000. We were experiencing problems with our old organ which is about 30 years old. The voters approved buying this immediately using the funds from the organ fund and improvement fund. We will have a drive to replace this money and it will be put back into improvement fund should the need arise for repairs.

Dorothy Smith and Brenda Bolle will head up a special fund raiser for this event.
